1. Definition

Order inspection refers to the process of checking and comparing the products/items received in the package sent by adamstorevn.com with the products listed in the order requested by the customer.

2. Time of Inspection

adamstorevn.com allows customers to inspect the package together with the delivery staff at the time of receipt (or within 30 minutes after the customer receives the goods).

After receiving the goods, if the customer finds any discrepancies, they can contact the Customer Care Department for support with returns or exchanges.

Note: Customers are advised to record a video when opening the package for reference if needed.

3. Scope of Product Inspection

Customers are allowed to:

  • Count the number of items received and compare them with the items ordered after the staff confirms the order based on the following criteria:

    • Basic product attributes: product name, quantity, and customer information on the order documents.

    • Product design as shown in the product images saved when placing the order and confirmed by staff.

Customers must:

  • Not open sealed product boxes or tamper with security/guarantee seals.

  • Not scratch or remove codes from products that have points accumulation or gift redemption.

Please do not open or use the products in the package if there are any issues during the inspection process with us.

4. Steps to Take When Products Received Do Not Match the Order

If during joint inspection, the products received do not match the items ordered, please contact our hotline to speak with the Customer Care Department to verify your order.

In cases where adamstorevn.com ships the wrong order:

  • Customers may refuse to accept the package and do not need to make payment.

  • If the order has already been paid, customers can request a replacement order or a refund. adamstorevn.com will process the refund as soon as possible.
