I. Delivery Methods
– Customers may purchase products directly at our store.
– Delivery via third-party shipping carriers.
II. Estimated Delivery Time

For Hanoi: 1–2 business days (excluding holidays and Tet).

For other provinces: 3–4 business days (excluding holidays and Tet).
III. Geographic Limitations for Delivery
For customers outside of Hanoi who purchase in large quantities or wholesale, we will arrange delivery through third-party logistics companies. The shipping fee will be calculated according to the rates of the logistics provider or based on a mutual agreement between both parties.
IV. Responsibilities of the Merchant and Logistics Provider Regarding Shipping Documentation

The shipping provider is responsible for supplying all required documentation related to the goods during the delivery process.

The carrier has the right and obligation to provide invoices to regulatory authorities upon request.

The logistics provider must transport goods in their original condition, following the principle of “intact packaging.”
All shipment packages must include:

Recipient information, including: name, phone number, and delivery address.

Tracking number (waybill code) of the order.

To ensure goods are properly monitored, adamstorevn.com will include an invoice with the shipment.
The invoice serves as supporting documentation in dispute resolution processes, including determining the market value of the goods and verifying their lawful circulation.
V. Responsibility for Goods Damaged During Transportation
Regarding the provision of shipping documentation:

For goods damaged during transportation—whether delivered by our in-house team or by a third-party carrier—we will take full responsibility for resolving the issue for the customer.

Customers have the right to refuse the product and request a return or exchange under the “refund and return” policy. Any arising issues related to the shipment will be handled directly between us and the logistics partner, based on the cooperation agreement in place.
Note:
In the event of delivery delays, we will promptly notify the customer. The customer may choose to cancel the order or continue to wait for the delivery.
